Effective January 1, 2023 decorations in all areas of the cemetery will be limited to fresh cut and silk flowers placed in cemetery provided vase cups.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE

Santa Rosa Memorial Park is a large property and our staff is limited, items will be removed on an ongoing basis, we will not be able to remove every item every day.

Please see below for our rules and regulations.

Rules & Regulations

Silk and fresh flowers are allowed on the grounds and in buildings. All arrangements (both silk and fresh) will be removed when they become unsightly.

Yearly, after January 15th, all arrangements are removed from the grounds and mausoleums. Flowers can be replaced starting February 14th.

Flowers for services are left at the interment site for three days or until unsightly.

Floral arrangements are to be placed in the vases provided by the Park.

Artificial flowers should be tightly bound together with an ID tag.  Unbound artificial flowers will be discarded.

Wire stems on artificial flowers must be cut to fit the vase for ease of cleaning. Please do not bend.

Decorations and potted plants are not permitted on the mausoleum floor except on the following holiday:  Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.  Santa Rosa Memorial park will not be responsible for these items and they will be removed within 7 days of the holiday or when unsightly.

Flower arrangements will be no larger than a vase can accommodate and may not encroach on adjacent niche or crypt fronts.

Decorations are not permitted on trees or bushes.

Decorations or photographs may not be taped or hung on the front of the crypts or niches.

Approved ceramic photos will be installed by Park personnel.
